Here are some key recommendations: <\/p><ul><li>Confirm pregnancy<br\/>If you haven&#8217;t already, take a pregnancy test and schedule your first prenatal appointment with the gynecologist.<\/li><li>Start prenatal care<\/li><li><strong>Healthy diet:<br\/><\/strong>Consume foods rich in <br\/>vitamins, minerals, and proteins.
